About queerlaw	English (USA)
QueerLaw is a moderated electronic mailing list devoted to discussion, analysis and promulgation of queer legal theory and all other aspects of sexual orientation and The Law. The idea behind the list is to facilitate discussion between a diverse number of assorted groups ranging from law professors and law students to individuals interested in how The Law affects, and is affected by, sexual minorities. For a web page devoted to Queer Legal Issues, check out http://www.qrd.org/qrd/usa/legal Topics related to same-sex marriage should be posted to the MARRIAGE@lists.qrd.org mailing list. Topics related to sexual orientation and immigration should be posted to QI QI@lists.qrd.org(Queer Immigration). General discussion about LGBT politics should be sent to QueerPolitics@lists.qrd.org. While these lists are not intended to be U.S.-centric, postings of an international nature should be sent to QueerPlanet@lists.qrd.org. Using queerlaw
To post a message to all the list members, send email to queerlaw@lists.qrd.org. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to queerlaw
Subscribe to queerlaw by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription.
